NAME	IFC REASON FOR REQUEST MAPPING
DESCRIPTION	This file is used by the IFC order processing code to change the sequence in which the REASON FOR REQUEST (#20) word processing field in the REQUEST/CONSULTATION file (#123) is populated. Each entry in the IFC REASON FOR REQUEST MAPPING file (#123.7) corresponds to an orderable item in Cerner (see OBR-19). The DATA FIELD multiple (#1) identifies each header value (see OBX-5) and the sequence with which it is to be stored in the REASON FOR REQUEST field.
