A problem was caused by patch MAG*3.0*226 (October 2019) which changed
An index to the JPEG.DCM problem images is maintained in this file.
This file is only accessed by MAG*3.0*350.
the way that Clinical Capture stored DICOM images.
Instead of saving them as DICOM objects, they were stored as raw JPEG
images with a *.DCM extension (that is, JPEG.DCM).
These images need to be converted to DICOM and reprocessed. The previously
stored JPEG.DCM IMAGE file entry needs to be copied to the IMAGE AUDIT
file (#2005.1) and deleted from the IMAGE file (#2005).
