This file stores requests and responses made before and after the
DGREGEEWS routine calls for COMPACT Act Administrative Eligibility Status
to monitor this activity for troubleshooting purposes. DGREGEEWS calls
webservice DG EE SUMMARY SERVICE through the webservice client XOBWLIB.
The file stores calling routine, request datetime, response datetime and
code by Integration Control Number (ICN). This file will be used primarily
by the Office of Health Informatics in conjunction with the COMPACT ACT
EPISODE OF CARE file (#818) support and maintenance.
