NAME	AR FMS DOCUMENT
DESCRIPTION	Information transmitted from the DHCP Accounts Receivable system to the FMS system are sent via records called 'documents'. Once these documents are transmitted, pertinent information is stored in this field, such as: Status of the document, Bill Number, Fund, etc. It is necessary to store this information in the event a document needs to be recreated or traced in the event of a system problem. Per VHA Directive 10-93-142, this file definition should not be modified.
