This file contains the definition of all data elements that are needed for
various forms throughout the MCCR DHCP system.  It contains the 'blueprint'
for how to extract the data for each data element entry.
 
Entries in this file that are designated as having a SECURITY LEVEL of
NATIONAL should not be deleted or edited.
