DESCRIPTION	The MHV Action Selection file contains the pre-defined My HealtheVet Engagement/Registration modules that prompt for MHV SOCIALIZATION ACTIONS. This works in conjunction with the SELECTABLE LOCATIONS (#1) field in the MHV SOCIALIZATION ACTIONS (#390.02) file to screen actions and make available only actions that are appropriate for the module, or section of MHV functionality.
