This file maintains a list of definitions used to generate
examination templates in the CAPRI GUI interface. These definitions will
be used by providers to document C&P examinations in point-n-click
format. The definitions will not be used in the roll-n-scroll AMIE-II
application and are specific to the GUI environment. Old definitions, as
they are retired, will be retained in the file for historical
purposes. This file should remain standardized between all sites and
entries not be modified, removed, or added except through patch
installation.
