This file holds the abbreviations used when entering the Infusion Rate
(#.08) field in the IV (#100) multiple of the PHARMACY PATIENT (#55)
file, and the INFUSION RATE (#59) field in the NON-VERIFIED ORDERS
(#53.1) file.
Each record holds an expansion of the abbreviation which replaces the
abbrevation in the Infusion Rate at the time the IV order is created.
