DESCRIPTION	This file holds waiting time data. For each date, for each division identified in file 59, the total number of requests (visits) and the total waiting time for each hourly period from 8AM to 5PM (8-9, 9-10 etc.) are stored. Also stored are the total number of requests which were filled but not picked up by the end of the day. Data is put into this file from the prescription ready file (52.11). It is not intended that data in this file be entered or manipulated directly through the VA FileManager. The option to use this file is under the Bingo Manager menu and is called Bingo Statistical Report.
