The pregnancy and lactation status of a patient are stored in up to four
registration packages are monitored for changes. When a conflict is
identified, a Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS) notification is
generated that when processed, allows the recipient to update the
appropriate status in the women's health package. This file stores the
events that triggered that status conflict notification.
