This file is used to maintain a log of errors occurring at alpha/beta
test sites. It normally will contain data only at the originating
site for a software package which is in alpha or beta test. The test
sites will transmit to the originating site information on errors
which have occurred with namespaced routines or options associated with
the package in alpha or beta test. This file contains the data in
those messages which permits the errors to be evaluated by routine
name, by site, by date of error, etc.
