DESCRIPTION	This file has been designed for joint use by the Indian Health Service and the Department of Veteran Affairs. This file contains a record for each treatment provided to a patient on a given patient visit. There will be multiple treatment records for the same treatment (.01) field based on the date on which it was given. Data must exist in the Patient/IHS file and visit file for the patients' visit before data can be entered in the V Treatment file.
