This file is used to store the possible NCPDP MEDICARE PART D COVERAGE CODE
values, which may be sent from a third-party payer to the VA on a claim
response.
Third-party payer responses are stored in file 9002313.03, BPS
RESPONSES. Medicare Part D coverage codes are stored in sub-file
9002313.0301, RESPONSES, field 139, MEDICARE PART D COVERAGE CODE.
