| DESCRIPTION | This file defines health factors. Note that there are two types of entries Changes to this data dictionary should be coordinated thru the IHS DBA. as defined by the field Entry Type, they are factor and category. Every entry that is a factor must belong to a category. Category type entries should never be given to a patient. When defining a new health factor, you should always create a Description that includes its purpose and use and the concept that it represents. It is also good practice to add a Print Name, which is used for display purposes in health summaries and Clinical Reminders. |
