LAB ORDER FREQ RESTRICTIONS (24)    ORDER CHECKS (100.8)

Triggered by acceptance of a Lab orderable item. Lab file
fields Max Order Freq and Single Day Max Order Freq are checked for values 
and equated with the lab procedure.  If either value is exceeded by the 
current lab order, the order check occurs.
