AMIE C&P appointment processing protocol. This protocol is executed from
the SDAM APPOINTMENT EVENTS protocol as an Item. It asks a series of
questions to any user making a C&P appointment. It's purpose is to provide
a tracking mechanism between AMIE 2507 exams and C&P appointments.
