Action lets user delete multiple appropriate items from the parent entry.
Deleted items are deleted from the parent only, not from file 8925.1.
Item must be Inactive before it can be deleted. Noncomponent Items cannot
be deleted if they are In Use. National items cannot be deleted from
National parents. Items cannot be deleted from National Titles or
Components. Shared Components are the only National entries permitted as
items under nonNational parents, and CAN be deleted from NONNATIONAL
