To go down a level, select action NEXT LEVEL and then select an entry.
 
To create an entry, select action Class/DocumentClass, Title or Component.
Only one of these actions is selectable at a given time.  (Actions
enclosed in parentheses are not selectable.)
 
The Create Option shows the Hierarchy, with CLINICAL DOCUMENTS at the top.
When the option begins, Clinical Documents is bolded with its current
items indented below it.  You can create additional items under Clinical
Documents if you so choose.
 
If you wish to create items under a LOWER entry, you must go down the
hierarchy successive levels until the proper entry is bolded and THEN
