This List Manager action allows authorized users to modify the Expected
Cosigner (Attending Physician for Discharge Summaries) of documents
without having access to the text of the document. It is intended for
Clinical Coordinators when they need to change the Expected Cosigner of a
document whose text cannot be edited because it is already signed. It
permits edit of unsigned or uncosigned documents of type Progress
Notes, Consults, or Discharge Summaries.
