This component contains progress notes entered using the Text Integration
Utilities (TIU) and Mental Health packages. Time and maximum occurrence
limits apply to this component. Data presented include: Progress note
date/time written, title, text of note, electronic signature block
(including possible cosignature and cosigner comments), and the note's
correction text and correction date/time.
Only those notes which have been signed with an electronic signature
or electronically marked signed on chart will be reported.
