This component contains clinical warning notes entered using the Text
Integration Utility (TIU). Clinical Warnings are a type of progress note
which includes clinical information which clinicians need to be alerted to.
No time or maximum occurrence limits apply to this component.
If this component is printed out on a CRT, information will include title,
text of note, electronic signature block, and date posted. If the printout
is to another device type, information will include electronic signature
block and date posted to ensure security of information.
