DG OTH 90-DAY PERIOD (12026)    OPTION (19)

This option generates a report that prints a listing of all Other Than 
The listing shows Patient Name, Last Four of their SSN, Period, Start 
Date, End Date, Days Left, and Authorized By. 
Report prints in 80 column format. 
Honorable patients with ACTIVE 90-Day period of care. The user is prompted
to enter the date range for inclusion on the report.  The report can be
sorted by the following:
 
 1. Sort by Patient Name
 2. Sort by Period
 3. Sort by Days Remaining
