This menu contains utilties for checking and fixing measurements.
They check Education Topics, Exams, and Health Factors for 
incompletely defined measurements and list out any that are found so they 
can be corrected. For all entries that have completely defined 
measurements, a search is made for corresponding V-file entries and for 
any that are missing the UCUM CODE, it is set using the UCUM CODE from 
the definition.
