| DESCRIPTION |
This option will summarize (or roll-up) the individual audit event
options in the 'Option Audit Reports Menu [DVBA OUTPUT REPORTS MENU]'.
Also upon completion, the individual records which are summarized will
be deleted from the DVBA OPTION AUDIT EVENT file (#396.999), unless
summarization has been put off because the audited option happened to be a
tasked option which is still running.
This option is meant to be run manually at random, as opposed to the
regularly tasked package option called 'Summarize Audit Records (Auto
Tasked) [DVBA SUMMARIZE AUDIT RECS-AT]'.
transaction records in the DVBA OPTION AUDIT EVENT file (#396.999)
into the following files:
1) DVBA AUDIT SUMMARY BY OPTION file (#396.9991)
2) DVBA AUDIT SUMMARY BY USER file (#396.9992)
After summarizing the individual audit transactions into the above two
summary files, this data will made available in the various reporting
