| DESCRIPTION | Dollar balances (by Station, Fund, SGL, and month) are maintained in the FAP BALANCES file and printed on the Voucher Summary report. This option can be used to recalculate the balances if they appear incorrect. The net $ activity for a specified month will be computed from the individual FAP code sheets. The results are then compared to the values maintined in the FAP BALANCES file. If there are any descrepancies, the recalculated values can be used to update the FAP BALANCES file. |
