DG CONSISTENCY PRINT (1983)    OPTION (19)

This option is used to output a listing of patients for whom inconsistent
and/or missing data elements have been identified.  User determines the
method of output by selecting a range of dates in which the patient was
either admitted, registered or identified as containing inconsistent data.
Output can be sorted by either patient name or terminal digits of the SSN.
