DG ELIG ID FORMAT RESET (2137)    OPTION (19)

IRM personnel are prompted for an ID format.  Next, all patients that have
eligibility codes that point to this ID format will have their ID's reset.
 
The site would use this utility if the 'DEFAULT LONG ID VALUE CODE' field
in the IDENTIFICATION FORMAT file was modified.  This utility allows them
to update their database with the new value.
 
This option should be executed during non-peak hours.  When the job has
completed, a Mailman message will be sent to the user.
