The Clinic Assignment Listing is used to monitor the size and composition
of clinics.  It provides patient specific information including the name
of the patient, SSN, Eligibility Status, Date of enrollment, last visit,
future appointment, etc.  It is designed to be used as a management tool
which, if monitored, over time one can see relative trends, e.g., growth,
shrinkage, etc.
