  This option is designed for use by pharmacy technicians.  The user is 
allowed to change inpatient sites, IV rooms, and report/label devices,
perform drug inquires, view inpatient profiles, place orders, print labels,
update and print ward lists, print manufacturing lists, perform suspense
functions, enter returned and destroyed data, and print inpatient
reports.
