FBCNH RATE CHANGE (5257)    OPTION (19)

Selection of a patient and an authorization will allow the user to
see all rates associated with that authorization.  If they wish to change
the rate for this patient, they are prompted to enter an effective date
of the change and to choose a new rate.  If the rates are the same, the
change will not take effect.  The user will see the new rates for this
authorization upon completion of the change.
