| DESCRIPTION |
This option allows the user who opened a batch, or any user who holds
the 'FBAA LEVEL 2' security key, the ability to delete a batch from
the system. The batch must meet the following criteria in order
to be deleted.
1. Total Dollars equal zero
2. Invoice Count equal zero
3. Payment Line Count equal zero
4. Rejects Pending flag not set to yes
