FBAA MRA'S AWAITING APPROVAL (5280)    OPTION (19)

This option will output the vendors that have an MRA action pending, and
therefore are still awaiting Austin approval.  The output lists the
vendor and the date the MRA was transmitted to Austin.  Records with
no date transmitted indicate an MRA has just been initiated, but the
transmission has not left the local station yet.
