This function allows the coordinator to enter new standard
The transcriptionist will only be given the 'Select STANDARD REPORTS'
prompt during the 'Report Enter/Edit' function, if the 'division'
parameter controlling standard reports use is set to 'yes'.

These standard reports are used by the transcriptionist in the
'Report Enter/Edit' function.
If the transcriptionist selects a standard report for a specific exam,
the report and impression fields will also be filled in for that
exam.
