| DESCRIPTION | This option is used to convert the data entered through the stand alone Surgery Risk Assessment Module into the SURGERY file (130). Each entry in the SURGERY RISK ASSESSMENT file (139) will be merged into the SURGERY file or removed from your system. Upon completion of this option, and no entries remaining in the SURGERY RISK ASSESSMENT file, the SURGERY RISK ASSESSMENT file (139) will be deleted from your system. This option will then self destruct. |
