Using this option, a worksheet may be printed for the DSS extract

This worksheet relates clinics, the stop codes for those clinics used by
MAS/HAS, and the stop codes required by DSS.
If the 'UNREVIEWED CLINICS' option is selected, then a synchronization
will first be performed on the CLINICS AND STOP CODES file (#728.44).
This is the same synchronization that is performed when the user runs
the 'Create DSS Clinic Stop Code File' menu option. If clinics have
