Detail dispaly adds an itemized listing for each NPPD Line within the
NPPD Group, so every transaction for the date range selected is displayed.

it will also expand the length of some of the data (e.g., Item and HCPCS
DESCRIPTION on the Detail Worksheet) to make it more legible.
