This option will allow the user to try to "push" outpatient medication
copayment cap transactions to the other treating facilities for the
patient. This is used to try to resolve problems with transmissions. The
problems are usually identified by mail messages sent to the IB RX COPAY
CAP ERROR mail group. To resolve these error messages first IRM should
verify that the HL7 logical links are working correctly. Then with this
option the user can select individual transactions to attempt to send or
