This option is used to edit the STOP MPI/PD MESSAGING field (#16)
system performance. System Design and Development should also
be called in this situation.
SEND - normal operating mode.
in the CIRN SITE PARAMETER file (#991.8), to stop/suspend/send messages.
STOP - should be used only to totally shutdown HL7 V2.3 and MPI/PD
messages. It should only be used under the direction of
System Design and Development.
SUSPEND - should be used in an emergency situation to suspend HL7 V2.3
and MPI/PD messages if the volume of messages is affecting
