DESCRIPTION	This key is intended for marking certain users as workload processing pharmacist. Once a user assigned this key enters the Complete Orders from OERR [PSO LMOE FINISH] option the software will enforce a FIFO (First-In-First-Out) processing. In other words, the user will be required to process the oldest Pending Orders first. In addition, the software will not allow them to skip a patient until they have processed all of the patient's pending orders.
