This key DENIES a user access to the JLV Community Health Summaries and
Documents Widget.
This Key should be assigned to VHA staff who have access to JLV but do not
provide treatment, defined as provision, coordination, or management of
care, services, or supplies related to the health of VHA patients and
therefore do not have permission to use the Community Health Summaries and
Documents Widget in JLV. Holders of this key will not be able to view data
in the Community summary Widget in JLV.
