DESCRIPTION 
This key is given to Pharmacy users that may be responsible for 
discontinuing prescriptions from VistA after a site is converted to
Federal EHR.  It is used to access all the report options that prepare 
for discontuing prescriptions on night of conversion to the Federal 
Electronic Health Record (FEHR).  The actual Discontinue options are 
locked by a different security key.
