Individuals who may receive extended care services on a Humanitarian basis
include:
. Veterans who are not enrolled in VA Health Care System, non-Veterans,
and other patients who have no eligibility for Extended Care.
. Veterans who refuse to provide financial information and do not agree
to pay VA the applicable copayment amount (documented on VA Form 10-
10EC) or refuse to pay the required copayments.
