this category you are not eligible for Beneficiary Travel payments
unless it is in relation to VA transplant care; as a medically
required attendant; under the provisions of the Caregiver program;
as an Allied Beneficiary with travel approved by the appropriate
foreign government; or as a beneficiary of another Federal Agency
and with travel approved by that agency. There is no documentation
on file verifying you meet one of these criteria.
