DESCRIPTION
  This bulletin is designed to warn payroll when a nurse has worked less
     1.  OT ends at midnight on the last saturday of the pay period.
     2.  Sunday tour begins at midnight
     3.  Overtime is abutted to the Sunday tour
     4.  OT/CT is less than 2 hours.
