DESCRIPTION 
This bulletin will be delivered to the user who initiated the Protocol file
conversion upon its completion.  Listed here will be the protocol entries
for which conversion was attempted but not successful; not all protocols
will be converted by this process, only those which are currently in use
via an active Add Orders menu.
