An ASISTS Case has been closed:

        Date Case Closed:  |3|

  Case Number of the case being closed
  

• DESCRIPTION:   

  This is the name of the user (DUZ) of the user who closed the case
  

• DESCRIPTION:   

  This is the date that the case was closed.  It will always be the system date
  that the case was closed.
  

This bulletin will be sent to the OOPS SAFETY and OOPS WCP mail groups
whenever an ASISTS case status is set to 'Closed'.  If the case is opened and
closed multiple times, a bulletin will be sent every time.  The Name of the 
person closing the case is obtained from the DUZ for the user and the Date 
Closed is the system date when the user actually closed the case. New data
fields HAVE NOT been created for this.  The person who closed the case nor the
Date Closed is stored.
