SUBJECT FEE NOTIFICATION OF INSURANCE CHANGE
DESCRIPTION 
This bulletin will be used to notify MCCR that there is a possible
discrepancy found on a patient's insurance information.  Fee Basis
is not allowed to directly change a patient's insurance information
that is the reason for this bulletin.
