OVEN, HEAT EMITTING DISK. AN ELECTRICALL OPERATED, ENCLOSED UNIT WHICH
MAY BE EITHER FORCED AIR OR ELECTRICALLY HEATED. ITEM IS DESIGNED TO
HEAT, STORE AND DISPENSE ONE PIECE DISKS USED IN THE FOOD SERVICE TO
KEEP PLATES HOT WHICH ARE PLACED IN A FOOD CONTAINER, OR WHILE THEY AR
BEING TRANSPORTED. THE DISKS ARE HEATED TO 225 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT AND
CAN BE HELD AT THIS TEMPERATURE UNTIL THEY ARE DISPENSED. IT MAY OR MAY
NOT DISPENSE THE DISK AUTOMATICALLY. IT
MAY OR MAY NOT BE SUPPLIED WITH A STAND AND MAY BE MOBILE.
