This condition will produce a list of closed out PTF records.
This condition will request the following information:
ICD DIAGNOSIS GROUP
A group of entries from the ICD DIAGNOSIS file (#80).
ICD PROCEDURE GROUP
A group of entries from the ICD OPERATION/PROCEDURE file (#80.1).
An ICD diagnosis group may be specified to screen out particular
patients. An ICD operation/procedure group may also be specified
to screen out particular patients. If both groups are entered the
patient must have both a diagnosis and an operation/procedure found
in the groups in order to fall out. If no groups are specified all
closed out PTF records with at least one diagnosis and one operation
code will be captured.
