CONTACT ADDRESS SAME AS NOK? (432)    HL7 FIELD (771.1)

This field will contain the result to the question "Is the address of
either the primary Next of Kin (NOK) or secondary NOK the same as the
patient?".  This data is found in the tenth piece of the corresponding
PATIENT file node and is dependent on the CONTACT TYPE field.  Please
refer to Table (A) in the CONTACT TYPE field.  This question pertains only
to the Next of Kin and secondary Next of Kin types.
